Jochen Rindt - 1970 F1 World Champion - Lotus 72B

Acrylic, 594mm x 420mm Limited Edition Giclée Print (Limited to 150 prints) with Certificate of Authenticity*

Jochen Rindt was considered one of the fastest drivers of his generation. The Austrian’s car control was admired by many and brought the best out of the temperamental Lotus 72. Colin Chapman created many inspired car designs, but often pushed the safety limits in his quest for ultimate perfection. Sadly, this proved to be the case in 1970, when Rindt’s car broke during Italian GP practice, killing him instantly. The points already amassed during the season meant Rindt still became World Champion, although he sadly never got to celebrate his title success.

PRINT

A high quality Fine Art Giclée print on Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm paper. This paper is traditionally mould made from 100% cotton, to high archival standards, producing a paper with genuine heritage. By using high-quality rollers, the print will go to the edge of the paper, replicating the original painting dimensions.

Note: The print is delivered unframed.
